Our clients love our fast and friendly service
They solved my gear problems a couple of times; very fast. That is great mostly when you are visiting NYC just for some days and you need a solution ASAP. Great work guys, greetings from Argentina.

You guys are amazing!! Not only did they save ALL the corrupted images from my CF card, they are friendly, efficient and it only took them a day! And the price is just right...not like some data recovery places who try to charge $500+. THANK YOU!

I bought a used Sigma 50mm 1.4 lens online . It turns out the focus motor was bad. I felt $200 for the repair was more than fair. They called me a few times about the repair. I felt it was a great customer service experience and the repair was completed quickly.

Probably the best service I have gotten from any store. The workers are extremely kind and very helpful! They were able to not only fix my Canon 24-70 f/2.8 in time but they expedited my order after I informed them I have a wedding coming up next week and I needed it as soon as possible. They were very swift in their responses and calls as well. I highly recommend anyone in need of repairs for their gear here and here only!

If you happen to find yourself in New York City with 'camera problems', please do not hesitate to visit Photo Tech Repair Service for assistance. Their service is exceptional and their fees, very reasonable. They managed to get half off the Sahara Desert out of my camera in an hour for which I am eternally thankful

The front element of my Sony lens had a small chip in it. PhotoTech replaced the element and returned the lens in 8 days for $190, which seems quite reasonable. The only very mild complaint I have is that the estimate I got when I described the issue said that it could cost up to $450. That might have put me off from having a less expensive lens repaired, I was very pleased that the charge was substantially less (and seemed more in keeping with what I thought replacing the front element should cost). And the turnaround time was excellent.
